Hosta Guacamole (Solberg - 1994) Large

Foliage Mound: 54" wide by 24" tall, if grown in mostly full sun in 3-4 years.

Leaves: 11. 25" long by 8 5/8" wide. Shiny, yellowish-gold Leaves have a dark green, wide margin. Very shiny both above and below. Leaves are moderately folded, smooth margin, ovate with arounded base. Ours grow without blemishes of any kind! 12-13 pair

Flowers: Near white, long and flared, very fragrant, blooms in August.

Bloom Scape: 34" high.

Parentage: Sport of H. 'Fragrant Bouquet'

Comments: One of the better introductions in the 1990's. One variety that tolerates all morning sun!
